Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use QuasarUI (www.quasarui.com, "we"), create an account, or buy a Product. By doing any of these, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. QuasarUI is run by Hafiz Javaid Iqbal, Lahore, Pakistan

What QuasarUI is

QuasarUI is a catalogue of UI Components and Templates built with the Quasar Framework. Free Components can be copied by anyone. Paid Components, the MCP Server and Templates are unlocked by buying a Product:

  • All Access unlocks every Paid Component, the MCP Server and every Template.
  • Blocks Pro unlocks every Paid Component and the MCP Server, but no Templates.
  • A Template unlocks that one Template's private GitHub repository.

Your account

  • You need an account to use what you buy. If you pay without one, we create one for your email address.
  • Keep your password, sign-in emails and Access Keys to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account and your Access Keys.
  • One account is for one person. Don't share your account with people who haven't bought their own access.
  • Give us an email address you can receive mail at. We use it to sign you in and to deliver what you bought.

Buying a Product

  • One-time payment, lifetime access. Every Product is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Lifetime access means access for as long as QuasarUI operates, and it includes Components and Templates added to your Product later.
  • Polar is the merchant of record. Checkout, payment, tax and invoices are handled by Polar, and Polar's own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown before you pay and may include tax for your country.
  • Prices can change. A price change never affects a Product you have already bought.
  • Templates are delivered on GitHub. You need a GitHub account to accept the invite to a Template's private repository. If you miss the invite, you can reconnect GitHub from Polar's customer portal, which is linked from your dashboard.

Refunds

All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds. Every Free Component, every Paid Component's preview and every Template's live preview is open to everyone, so you can see exactly what you get before you buy.

This doesn't affect any right to a refund that the law of your country gives you. If you think something you bought doesn't work as described, email us and we'll try to put it right.

If a payment is fully refunded or charged back, the access it unlocked is removed.

Using Components and Templates

When you copy a Free Component, or buy a Product, you get a licence to use the Components and Templates it includes. The licence is non-exclusive, worldwide and doesn't expire.

You can:

  • Use them in as many personal and commercial projects as you like, including projects you build for clients.
  • Change them however you like.
  • Sell or give away the finished product you build with them, such as a website or an app, as long as the Components or Templates are part of it rather than the thing being sold.

You can't:

  • Resell, give away or publish the Components or Templates themselves, changed or unchanged. For example, you can't put them in a component library, a UI kit, a theme or a template of your own, or in a public repository where others can copy them.
  • Share Paid Component source, Template repositories or Access Keys with people who haven't bought their own access.
  • Build a product that competes with QuasarUI out of our Components or Templates.

The licence to use what you have already put into your projects continues even if your account is closed or QuasarUI shuts down, unless we closed your account because you broke these terms.

Quasar, Vue and the other open-source software that Components and Templates use are covered by their own licences.

The MCP Server and Access Keys

  • The MCP Server is for your own AI client to find and fetch Components while you build your own projects.
  • Don't use it, or any other part of the site, to download the catalogue in bulk, to get around access checks, or to pass Paid Component source to anyone who hasn't bought it.
  • We limit how often the MCP Server and sign-in can be used, to keep the site working for everyone.
  • You can revoke an Access Key at any time from your dashboard, and we may revoke one that is being misused.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Try to get into accounts, data or parts of the site that aren't yours.
  • Interfere with the site, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our permission. If you find a security problem, please tell us.
  • Use the site for anything illegal.

Our content

The QuasarUI name, logo and website, and the Components and Templates themselves, belong to us or the people we license them from. Apart from the licence above, these terms don't give you any rights to them.

Some Component designs are adapted from Vuetify Snips, as noted on the Credits page.

Closing your account

You can stop using QuasarUI at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account ends your access to anything you bought.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing Paid source or reselling Components. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account for breaking these terms, there is no refund.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the Components, Templates and site working well, but they are provided "as is". We don't promise that they are free of bugs, that they'll suit your project, or that the site will always be available. You are responsible for testing what you build with them.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, that come from using QuasarUI. Our total liability to you for anything related to QuasarUI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as QuasarUI changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, and we email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. A change never takes away a Product you have already bought.
